FAQ
These answers cover the details that most often shape a Bristol move. For a route-specific answer, share both addresses and the property access.
When should I reserve a move in Bristol?
Contact New Generation Movers once your date is reasonably firm. Earlier notice leaves time to review access, inventory, timing, and building requirements.
What information makes an estimate useful?
Share both addresses, inventory, stairs or elevators, walking distance, packing needs, unusual pieces, and your preferred timing.
What if the inventory or date changes?
Tell New Generation Movers as soon as possible so crew planning, materials, availability, and the written scope can be reviewed.
Can packing or furniture disassembly be included?
Yes. Identify the rooms and pieces during the estimate so materials, labeling, disassembly, reassembly, and unpacking can be stated in writing.
Which access details matter in Bristol?
Parking, stairs, elevators, gate codes, long carries, narrow entries, and building hours can all affect the plan.
What should stay with me on moving day?
Keep keys, identification, medication, valuables, chargers, essential documents, and first-night items with you.

Moving experiences with New Generation Movers
Daniel and Roger took excellent care of our belongings! They were so organized and careful; it was a pleasure doing business with them! Highly recommended!!
Really get moving experience with this team. They were quick and efficient and really took the extra time and care to make sure my items were secured and arrived safely, especially my glass items! During the move we ran into some spacial issues with a tight hall and large furniture and not once did anyone need to yell “PIVOT!” 🤣 They had clearly done this enough to be able to problem solve on the fly and not need to force anything. Highly recommend!
The moving went fine. The packers were crazy efficient. The movers were awesome. Everyone was friendly. My only problem was the invoicing. I paid the portion not covered by my employer but they still invoiced my employer who also sent me a bill! At that point, no one would call me back. Communication with the office was not easy.
Roger and his crew were excellent. Communicative and hard working guys. Very good at their jobs. Best thing you could do when moving is call these guys!
Easy to work with. They will pack everything for you, or you can pack and save some money. All involved with our move were professional, courteous, on time and very careful with our things. If we move again, we would definitely use New Generation Movers.
From mid-June 2024. Had such a great experience with the movers themselves and the logistics staff pre-move! Arshpreet, Jaspinder and Jaspreet were so efficient and made sure things were wrapped and not easily damaged.
